Meet Lauren!

Photographing Weddings since 2013

"I fell in love with all of the details, the raw emotion, and the love in the couples eyes when they see each other for the first time!"

Lauren’s Personal Love Story!

I met my husband when I was 13 years old in high school our freshman year. I always had a crush on him, but never acted on it because I was so shy. We have always been friends, and I remember him always being the nicest boy I have ever met.

I left New Jersey to go to college in New York, and a few years later I saw he had posted some photos on Facebook of his trip to The Grand Canyon. I thought to myself, “he’s the kind of guy I want in my life!” So I commented on on of his photos, and we began talking. A few weeks later, I took photos of him on the beach to “practice beach photography” and it turned into a date. We ended up moving in together and he proposed to me on Christmas Day!

Today we have 3 beautiful children and I am proud to say, I got to marry the man of my dreams! He is my best friend and the most amazing father I could ever ask for. I love him more and more each day, and could not have planned my life any better.

Three Things I Can't Live Without Are...

It’s a funny question really. Im sure I could make a joke about it, but I’ve had everything taken away from me before when my house burnt down in 2014. There were so many things I’ve said I would grab if my house ever burnt down. But, I didn’t grab those things. Instead, the only things on my mind were my kids and my husband. Without them, I would be lost. Now a few years later we’ve rebuilt and moved on and  added onto our family. So, the three things I could never live without are my kids, my husband, and our amazing dog.

My Guilty Pleasure Is...

Wawa’s cold double mocha cappuccino! I love them! They’re so yummy. My husband always surprises me by stocking our fridge with them. It makes my morning!

At a Wedding, you will most likely see me...

Hiding in trees, behind a centerpiece or laying on the ground! Haha, seriously though I loveee being able to take something simple and make it complex. Sometimes you may not know where I am, but I’m there! Add those twinkle lights and different height candles! They’ll get used I promise you that! I like to shoot through things and create an interesting, artistic image so when you look at it you’re like “wow! How did she do THAT!”. If we’re outside for your portraits, I may be laying down, or hiding in the tree branches… it’ll make sense in the end, and I may even show you the back of my camera because I get so excited!
